Terms of Sale
Effective Date: July 4, 2025
- Scope
These Terms of Sale govern purchases of goods via the Klozaa Platform within Cameroon and any other African country where Klozaa operates. - Products and Availability
Product listings constitute an invitation to treat. We do not guarantee stock availability until we confirm your order. - Order Process & Acceptance
(1) You place an order via the Platform.
(2) We acknowledge receipt.
(3) Order is accepted only when we dispatch the goods or send a formal confirmation.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order in whole or in part. - Pricing & Payment
All prices are in XAF unless stated otherwise and exclude applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time before order acceptance. Payment methods include cash on delivery, mobile money, bank transfer, or other methods shown at checkout. - Delivery, Risk & Title
Risk of loss passes on delivery to your designated location. Title transfers only upon receipt of full payment. - Returns & Refunds
Return requests must be made within [X] days of delivery. Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within [X] business days after inspection. - Warranty Disclaimer
Except as expressly provided, goods are sold “as is”. Statutory warranties under Cameroonian law apply where mandatory. - Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the goods giving rise to the claim. - Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, pandemics, government actions). - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Klozaa for losses arising from your breach of these Terms of Sale. - Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Disputes are subject to mediation under CAMC rules, failing which the courts of Yaoundé have jurisdiction. - Amendments
We may amend these Terms of Sale at any time. Updated versions take effect upon posting to the Platform.
