- Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. - Eligibility & Account Security
Users must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your account. - The Service
Klozaa provides an on‑demand ordering and delivery service for fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG). We may add, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. - Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with, disrupt or compromise the Platform’s security.
• Use automated means to scrape data without our prior written consent.
• Infringe any intellectual‑property right of Klozaa or third parties. - Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (logos, text, graphics, software) is owned by or licensed to Klozaa. Nothing grants you any right to use Klozaa trademarks without prior written permission. - Privacy & Data Commercialisation
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that we may commercialise user data in accordance with that Policy and applicable law. - Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness, and non‑infringement. - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted, Klozaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility. - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Klozaa harmless from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform. - Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Yaoundé, Cameroon, unless otherwise mandated by compulsory law. - Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good‑faith negotiation or, failing that, mediation under the CAMC arbitration rules. Either party may then proceed to arbitration or court as permitted. - Modification of Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
